Overview

Over the past 5 years Lincolnshire Cooperative have redeveloped around a quarter of Lincoln city centre, restoring buildings, architecture and public realm to give a modern twist on its former historical glory, providing a new, go to mix-use destination in the East Midlands. Appointed as the retained agency early on in the process, we initially provided The Cornhill Quarter branding, marketing strategy, website, placemaking and leasing materials resulting in phase 1 being 80% let on completion. Phases 2 and 3 are now complete with only 3 units available and a new hotel and residential complex underway, with all open retailers thriving.
